Our team creates your personal panel — the section of the mailer that features your brand. We email you a proof for review.
You approve your panel
Review your proof and either approve it or request changes. We'll revise until it's exactly right. Once approved, your panel is locked in for every future mailing.
You're live on the next mailing cycle
Your first mailer goes out around the 26th of the following month. From there, we handle everything — every single month — without you lifting a finger.

Billing
You're billed for that month's mailing based on the number of addresses on your list at $1.10 per address.
10th
Mailer preview
We email you that month's mailer so you can see exactly what your clients will receive. Reply to get a digital copy to share on social media.
20th
Address review
If any undeliverable addresses are found during final processing, we'll email you so your list stays clean and accurate.
26th
Mailers delivered
Your mailers arrive in your clients' mailboxes around the 26th. Your name and brand, right there when they're thinking about real estate.

When will my first mailer go out?
We print and mail once a month. Your first mailing goes out around the 26th of the month following your signup and panel approval. The sooner you get started, the sooner your clients start receiving mailers.
Do I have to choose what the mailer says?
Not at all — that's our job. Our marketing team creates all the content every month, tailored to the zip codes you mail to. On the 10th of each month we send you a preview so you can see exactly what's going out. Reply to that email and we'll send you a digital copy to share on social media.
What do I need to get started?
Your headshot, contact information, and a mailing list. If you don't have a mailing list yet, we can help you build one using MLS Remine software. Most clients are fully set up in less than 24 hours once their assets are submitted.
When am I billed?
We bill on the 1st of the month we mail for you. There are no hidden fees — you pay based on the number of addresses on your list at $1.07 per address ($0.69 production + $0.41 postage).
Is there a minimum list size or contract?
No minimum list size and no long-term contracts. You can start with any size list and cancel anytime. We believe the results speak for themselves — our clients stay because it works, not because they're locked in.
