Common questions
We print and mail once a month. Your first mailing typically goes out around the 25th of the month following your signup. So the sooner you get started and have your assets ready, the sooner your clients start receiving mailers.
Not at all — that's our job. Our marketing team creates all the content every month, tailored to the zip codes you mail to. On the 10th of each month we send you a preview so you can see exactly what's going out. Reply to that email and we'll send you a digital copy to share on social media.
Your headshot, contact information, and a mailing list. If you don't have a mailing list yet, we can help you build one using MLS Remine software. Most clients are fully set up in less than 24 hours once their assets are submitted.
We bill on the 1st of the month we mail for you. There are no hidden fees — you pay based on the number of addresses on your list at $1.07 per address ($0.69 production + $0.38 postage).
